VinFast Launches Three E-Motorcycle Models Backed by an Integrated Green Mobility Ecosystem

Beyond the vehicles themselves, VinFast is differentiating its offering through a fully integrated green mobility ecosystem. All three models are supported by the V-GREEN battery swapping network, enabling riders to replace depleted batteries quickly instead of waiting for them to recharge. For added convenience, customers can also recharge their motorcycles at home using the home charging solution.

To provide greater flexibility, It offers customers two ownership options: purchasing the motorcycle together with the battery or subscribing to a battery subscription program. This approach allows users to choose the ownership model that best fits their budget and usage preferences.

As part of its launch campaign, VinFast is offering one year of complimentary battery swapping at V-GREEN public battery swapping stations, with a limit of 20 battery swaps per vehicle per month. In addition, all models are backed by a 4+2-year warranty or 60,000+12,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, providing customers with greater peace of mind and helping reduce long-term ownership costs.

To support its growing customer base, it has opened 20 authorized e-motorcycle dealerships across Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, Palembang, Makassar, and several other major cities. Each dealership provides a full range of services, including vehicle sales, product consultation, after-sales support, test rides, and guidance on battery swapping and home charging solutions.

By combining advanced electric motorcycles with an expanding dealership network, battery swapping infrastructure, home charging solutions, and comprehensive after-sales services, It is positioning itself as more than just an electric vehicle manufacturer. The company aims to deliver a complete green mobility ecosystem that simplifies EV ownership while supporting Indonesia’s transition toward more sustainable transportation.
